If anyone wondered why there were so few pictures of Jorge on this trip it is because early on Ellen dropped her camera in a toilet. The camera slipped out of her jacket.

So her camera was not in use for a long time but is now in recovery mode. It seems to be improving every day. Her attitude is positive as she stated, “The best part of it is that the water was clean!”

We planned to arrive in Winchester VA early today. We expected a scenic and curvy ride along the mountains of West Virginia. Not so!

When we headed east from Davis WV the road turned into a fast interstate highway without much traffic. It remained that way until right before Wardensville WV.

We were looking a big rooster nearly a full story high. We found him! Yet, there were other statues of animals in town equally interesting. Check out those photos!

Then we came the best part of the trip: We got home safely. Hope you enjoyed the trip as much as we did!
