Although this is the last leg of our trip it is not one for relaxing while at the wheel. Traffic conditions in this area can change in a wink. So, staying alert is a prerogative!

We did take a few pictures of the desert. The plethora of palm trees in the desert is a wonder to behold. They are not native to Los Angeles but here they are. There’s snow on a couple of peaks but not much. 

We’ve had a great trip visiting friends and seeing things that peak our interest. We hope you’ve enjoyed coming along!
